You can attach them to your post in the Additional Options box below the Submit Reply button. Click Manage Attachments and upload from there or you can upload to places like Imageshack and the put your image URL into the following tags:

Click the paper-clip symbol and browse to the picture and hit upload...if it\'s just for a post here. Otherwise, use imageshack.us or similar - browse & upload idea applies.
